Colin Gorman, CPA/PFSManaging MemberColin is a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist. He has been in public accounting since 1999. He graduated from Catholic High School in Little Rock. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics and Master of Arts in Accounting from Hendrix College in Conway. He is also an investment professional holding Series 7 & 66 credentials and health and life insurance licenses. Colin was an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He was called to active duty in 2003 and spent seven months in Iraq leading foot and mechanized patrols. He received a field promotion to Sergeant, a Combat Action Ribbon, and a Presidential Unit Citation while serving in Iraq. Although he has extensive experience in many areas of taxation, accounting, and financial management, he has specialized experience with construction accounting, small businesses, and estate and trust planning. Colin serves as the treasurer for Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas, is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Marine Corps League, and several other professional and trade organizations. The firm is a member of the Bryant Chamber of Commerce.
Charles Jerry, Jr., CPAMember / FounderCharles has extensive experience providing tax and accounting services to small businesses. He has been in public accounting since 1986 and his years of experience include a broad range of industries emphasizing in contractors, restaurants, real estate, medical offices, retailers, medical supplies, trucking companies and professional services companies. He has provided extensive tax and accounting services for small business, nonprofit organizations, estates and individuals. Charles graduated in December 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Harding University in Searcy. After working in a Little Rock based accounting firm for several years where he became a partner, Charles went out on his own to found his own company in 1993. The firm has been in Bryant, Arkansas since March of 1997. Charles has donated his time and talent to nonprofit organizations and civic organizations in the Central Arkansas area. He is a charter member of the Bryant Rotary Club. Charles is listed in Strathmore’s Who’s Who national registry. In addition to holding a degree from Harding University and his CPA certificate, he is an investment professional holding Series 7 & 66 credentials and health and life insurance licenses. His personal interests include street and dirt motorcycling. He participates in many community and professional events and is an active member in civic and church organizations.
